Individual Therapy

One-to-one sessions using approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and supportive therapy, to help you understand and manage what you are facing.

Crisis Intervention

Support and a safety plan after a mental health crisis, with ongoing follow-up. The clinic does not provide emergency care. In an emergency, call 112 or the free 24/7 Tele-MANAS helpline (14416), or go to the nearest hospital.

Lifestyle and Wellness Counselling

Practical guidance on sleep, diet, exercise and stress, which all play a part in mental health and recovery.

Howrah clinic: Tuesday and Thursday, 4 PM – 8 PM, and Sunday, 10 AM – 4 PM. Fortis Hospital & Kidney Institute: Saturday. RB Diagnostic, Lake Town: Wednesday. Sonoscan, Malda: Friday. Please confirm the time when you book.

How do I book an appointment?

Is online consultation available?

Yes, for follow-up patients only. A first consultation needs to be in person.

What should I bring to the first visit?

Please come with the patient and bring any previous prescriptions and medical reports.

Does Dr. Ray see children and teenagers?

Yes. She sees adolescents, adults and older adults, and offers child and adolescent psychiatry for concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, OCD, exam stress and developmental difficulties.

What should I do in a mental health emergency?

The clinic does not provide emergency care. In an emergency, call 112 or the free 24/7 Tele-MANAS helpline (14416), or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
